Meet the Attorney and Members of Our Staff
Vivica Pierre, Attorney
Welcome! You probably would find it unique that Vivica, born in Los Angeles, California, 1958, began her work career in Corporate America, working -from the ground level up- as a crew member with McDonald’s. From 1976-1991, Vivica gained strong experience in teamwork and strategic management, sales, and risk management (Eastern Airlines, Inc., Hartford Insurance). From 1981 to 1986, she worked in the insurance industry, where she was a commercial property and real estate underwriter with the Hartford. Later, she expanded her knowledge of risk management and later went on to train sales agents, while working for Metropolitan Life Insurance Companies. In 1986, she became a Certified Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).
After she finished law school, she transitioned into teaching (from 1993-2004). Teachers are not appreciated or paid the way they should be, based on the product. Since 2004, Vivica has built a small law practice, with a consulting and teaching component. Learn to anticipate and plan for legal pitfalls, if possible, before litigation is required, she says.
Vivica’s further skills include:
- Compliance and transactional work
- Excellent drafting skills
- Ability to motivate and persuade people
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Self-starter, faster learner, quality-conscious, and committed to delivering results timely
- Muscles/gets to the bottom of things!

Vivica and her staff are committed to doing what is right. Our success is built on a foundation of personal and professional integrity. We hold ourselves and conduct our business according to the highest possible standards of honesty, integrity, and value. We are accountable individually and collectively responsible for doing what's right.
We believe that learning is a journey, not a destination. Accordingly, we are committed to helping especially women ages 15-90+, to move beyond your past into a changed you beginning today.
- We believe that leadership begins at home. Be a better leader in the community, and in the workplace. Also learn the power of saying “No,” “Not at this time,” or “I need to focus on me at this time.” And respect the boundaries of others who say the same to you.
- Vivica is passionate about learning through travel, networking, reading, and writing. Children are gifts from God! We don’t own them. If you don’t have, then you can adopt.
- Innovation contributes to the public well-being; own something -- be it your own business, your own home, your own book, or invention.
- It is never too early (or too late) to learn that business, credit, and legal reputations are track records. If you don’t like your track record -- change it!
- Know your internal systems (the heart, the brain, and your motivations) -- and see the fruit produced by them.
- Once you’ve conceived it: Take action!
To learn more about our commitments, help us build stronger training programs, and better workshops, we appreciate you providing responses to our survey. Responses to the survey are important, because it helps us to bring people together in order to disseminate valuable information -- wherever you are -- in the form you need it in the near future.
